unstable computer. goes to sleep as soon as you stop typing and sometimes cannot be woken up. A few times I was unable to restart by holding the power button, and I've needed to wait for the battery to die.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for my wife, she wanted thin and light. I maxed out the specs and it really performs. I wanted to go with the gen 10 model but the 4K screen was not an option when i was ready to buy, so the only thing i wish the gen 9 model had is a gen12 intel processor. All in all it's a fantastic computer and the 4K screen is super clear and really bright. Battery life is good and it is easy to carry around. It was a bit expensive, but overall i would recommend this device to anyone looking for a small but powerful laptop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s very light and very sleek it’s very fast but honestly I took it for excel and I don’t think extra ram is helping this application which is still slow. Connectivity is good. Using an external screen most of the time but screen is great size and almost no borders.
