[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing product; 1st ThinkPad I've purchased since 1997 and I was not disappointed. Superfast and superefficient. Worth the 8-10 weeks I waited for the build (came months earlier than the projected delivery date though). Would buy again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Lenovo! Start up was easy and so fast. I know we're going to be so happy together, me and my new ThinkPad! : )
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent design. Keyboard feels like a full sized desktop keyboard, with great tactile response. Lightweight but substantial quality build.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very pleased with the new ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9. Good quality construction, good screen quality, fast processing and very light weight. Also, battery can last super long time, up to 8+ hours with average usage. Keyboard is good, except don't like the left CTRL key being in different location compared to other brand lap-tops. Tried many times to open BIOS to do a key reassign, but have not been able to get BIOS to open.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a new laptop for some time now and was pleasantly surprised with this laptop. It looks nice and sleek, but the hardware is just as great. the keyboard is one reason I wanted a ThinkPad, its just a better feel when typing. One surprise I was not expecting with the X-1 is it has USB-C, Thunderbolt, and USB-2.0/3.0 on it. The old USB ports are sometimes not on newer laptops making it a hassle to always have a dongle on hand.
