[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 is a very nice laptop. Unlike the caption, the laptop that I purchased came with Windows 10 pro and not Linux. This is a newer model of the laptop that I use at work, so I'm very comfortable with it. I like the thin profile of the machine and the light weight. It does everything that I need to do. I've updated it to Windows 11 and am looking forward to years of good service from this laptop.

Returned, dislike TouchPad and issues with video

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up returning this device because I didn't care for the design of the TouchPad and I had issues with a video chat platform I use for work freezing unless I was actively moving the mouse. I couldn't figure out what was causing the issue after many attempts and decided to give up.
