Great New Computer to Replace Aging ThinkPad T470

Having come from a ThinkPad T470 to this new machine, I'm amazed how much smaller and lighter this laptop is while offering a very similar screen size. Battery life and everything else is solid so far. Definitely worth the money for my upgrade after 5 years.

I have a couple of personal computers from school - Microsoft Surface Book 2 and an Alienware A11 desktop. I wanted something that had better ram for the tons of tabs and applications I have running at the same time and a good processor to run fast and so far this thing has been great! As mentioned in other reviews the keyboard is good - I do like the one on my Surface Book better but that's just a personal preference. I didn't need a graphics card for gaming and didn't want that expense for a work purchase and this computer just fits the need very well for all my work needs right now. I frequently am taking this laptop between work and home and it's easy to carry and use in either setting. I do have a 45" external monitor I connect with via HDMI cable and it works great! I am limited to 60hrz refresh rate with the HDMI vs a higher rate a VGA display cable would have offered but for work and typing that's fine.
