[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am getting ready for Grad school and the ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 9 is the perfect tool for it. Its got a sleek design and can go anywhere.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lenovo makes good, sturdy products which last. I love my new laptop and that a buyer is able to custom build to get what they need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great performance, really enjoying it so far. I think there might be a slight flicker when used as a laptop, but most of my use so far has been through a docking station. It's not "painful to the eyes", but it does appear to be something.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A lot of laptops are more or less the same these days. The defining feature of the ThinkPad is the build quality and the premium feel. It really feels like no corners were cut with this laptop, and although it might seem kinda cluttered and strange online, in-person the design feels far more sleek and minimal. Easily the best laptop I've ever owned. I especially appreciate the very minimal fan noise, and fantastic battery life.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is working out to be a great work and travel computer. Zippy even with multiple documents, spreadsheets and files open. It shifts rapidly in the office when moving from the wired network to the wireless in the office. So fast you barely notice the shift when working with the cloud. The keyboard has a great touch which is very important to me while writing. While I gave up the key pad for mobility that was an easy fix with an inexpensive wireless pad. I haven't stressed the battery with a long trip yet, but the office indications are very positive.
