I cannot get a verification from Lenovo regarding the 3 YR onsite Support and ADP. When I tried to register the support with the PC I got an error that the activation code was already used. I contacted support, they sent me to another department and that other department asked me for information I already provided and for a case number??? Shouldn't Lenovo be providing me with a case number?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great speed! Purchased for work and STILL not able to use for that purpose, due to MICROSOFT blocks, and unable to access key email, so relying on cellphone for email. Is there any contact person I can ask for help? Thanks.Need to buy add-ons for USB ports and CD's.
