Excellent Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Z Grills 700D3 promptly and the box arrived in great condition about 2 weeks ago and everything was very well packed. The instructions were fine and it took a little over 2 hours to put the grill together using the included tools. After performing the grill set-up using the instructions, I smoked 2 racks of St. Louis ribs using my favorite rub recipe and smoking approach. The ribs came out beautifully, fall off the bone, with a nice smoke ring. This grill performed smoothly and perfectly. If it holds us over time, Z Grills has a real winner at an incredible price. Couldn't be happier so far.

Great Grill

I have had my Z Grill for just over a week now and everything that I have fixed on it has been very good with great comments from my friends. Most of the things that I have fixed has not been real heavy with the smoke flavor and that is just what I was looking for. I would recommend it as a very good buy. THANKS Z GRILL for a great grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great grill I have only had it for a little over a week and I have already cooked spare ribs, baby back ribs ,chicken halves, and chops it works great holds prefect temp easy cleanout look forward to cooking a brisket this weekend and hopeful many more for years to comb great quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are loving our new pellet grill/smoker. It's our first pellet grill, but we knew it would be different from our old gas grill going in. Meats are tender and juicy. We grilled zucchini and it was crisp and flavorful. Made the baked beans and they were delicious. Assembly went smoothly...I read and interpreted instructions while my husband assembled. We found the larger grate had some chips/worn down parts in the enamel. It took a couple of days for Z grill to respond to my email, but I sent back their requested info and received a new grate in impresively fast time! Love it!

Frustrated

I am very frustrated by our experiences. I purchased the grill for my husband for Father’s Day. He received the grill damaged. When we emailed your company we were told to try to hammer out the dent. I’m also a little disappointed because we have a homestead YouTube channel and I wanted to post videos using the grill but I can’t recommend an item that comes damaged and doesn’t get replacement parts sent to fix the problem.

Replaced Traeger Pro 22

Had a tough time deciding to leave Traeger and try something different. Pulled the trigger on a 700D3 and upon arrival I was immediately impressed with the obvious quality of the parts. Assembly was explained well and the provided work gloves were an unexpected added benefit. All parts lined up making assembly straight forward and fairly easy. Lowering the barrel onto the bottom section was the only step where I needed help as your view of where the parts fit together is somewhat obstructed. I’ve used the grill four times with the last being a six hour smoke of pork ribs. Temperature holds steady (much better than what I was used to). Two features that are new to me and I find beneficial are four wheels, two that lock, instead of just two. And the temperatures being provided by the probes are displayed constantly instead of needing to push a button to have them appear. The size of this model is perfect as I never do just one rack of ribs and I believe with using the upper rack, I can do four without crowding. I’m impressed with the design, quality, and features. Highly recommended.
