Decently quick shipping. Took a little over a week (and this was during the snowstorms throughout the southwest and midwest). Assembly took a couple of hours. I did it mainly by myself, bit there are a couple of steps where it helps to have two people. Everything lined up and there were no missing parts. So, I call that a win. My first smoke was done in 45 degree weather. Smoked ribs at 250. Temps stayed consistent most of the cook only varying around 5 degrees. At one point the temp did jump to around 280, but this was after I had the lid open for a couple of minutes and the grill thermometer was exposed to cold air. So, I think that was the PID overcompensating. The temp came back to 250 within 10 minutes. Ribs came out perfect in the end. Slight smoke, but I feel I would have gotten more at 225. Overall, I'm very happy. Pretty easy to clean, consistent temps, solid construction, and a good price point. If I can update this review in the future, I'll make sure to do so to give some info on how it ages.

Very easy to put together. First use was very good. Made bq ribs. Alsome taste glad we have our new grill. The wife loves cooking on it.

I’ve only used the grill twice so far but both times the flavor of the meat has been perfect and smoky, as well as tender and juicy. I’m thankful for a more budget friendly brand for us to be able to enjoy the pellet grill experience without breaking the bank.

I found it easy to assemble and once I slowed down and read and followed the directions for starting and stopping I have had no problem. So far I have cooked a variety of food using the smoke and grilling functions and have not burned anything yet.

First ever pellet grill

Amazing, first some was a pork shoulder. Turned out amazing. Grill works awesome. Very happy with this. Owned for 3wks, smoke ribs, pork shoulder, and grilled burgers. No complains. Amazing value, awesome product. Definitely recommend this grill and company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally pulled the trigger & bought a ZGrill smoker. Pretty easy to assemble. Had a little shipping damage, but customer service took care of it right away. I have already smoked a turkey breast, some ribs & one of the best briskets I have ever tasted. Read the instructions, the temp takes a few minutes to settle in, (manual says warm up for at least 10 minutes) once it locked in to the set temp it never deviated. This thing is no joke! And the $$$ saved from the bigger names makes it a no brainer. Go out NOW and get this grill!
