After getting my grill put together, I fired it up and cooked my traditional ribeye steaks. They were about an 1 1/4" thick and the ZGrill cooked them perfectly. Thank you so much!

Z Assembly and Initial Fire

Communication is top notch with Z Grills sales. Your Z comes in two boxes and takes about an hour and a half to assemble. Very easy instructions for assembly. Initial fire instructions are easy as well as there are YouTube videos to follow. Quality made product; it’s very heavy. 5* all around.
