My first time using the Z Grill

After putting it together and doing a first start up then going thru a 2 run in the next day I did steaks, man they came out so good. 3 days later I was back with a Prime ribeye roast using the recipe from the internet and it turned out great.

The grill was easy to set up and use. First use was in freezing temps, but the grill kept the temperature.

This is our first pellet smoker and so far we are really enjoying it. Putting it together was not bad but took about 45 minutes. Easy to start and cook. Everything has come out perfectly cooked. Our only wish is that we got more smoke. Going to try the smoke tube and See how that goes.

Got the grill on great timing, it was super easy to put together. I’ve used the grill twice now and have been super pleased with it, only complaint is that I wish I’d paid more attention too the size and got the bigger one 2 slabs of pork spare ribs is all it will hold on the bottom rack.
