My 13 year old smoker finally died and after doing some smoker research, I decided to give the Z Grills 700D a chance to replace my old faithful.
I just did my first cook and the grill worked flawlessly. I did 2 racks of baby backs that came out juicy and had the perfect amount of smoke flavor. I could have easily fit 5 racks if needed, Plus, the smoke ring on the ribs made the cut ribs look great!
The grill held temperature well and adjusted quickly after I'd opened and closed the lid a few times.
The actual first burn in was super simple and assembly was just above EASY level. It took me about an hour and 20 minutes with me taking my time. The only part that took extra time was breaking down and trashing all the cardboard packaging! Instructions were simple to follow and everything went together correctly. No missing or damaged parts either. This thing was packed solidly for transport.
Overall, for the price and quality of this Z Grill, I don't know what more you could want or even need for a smoker.

Good. Made one of the best smoked chicken dinners ever on the first try. The "Smoke" setting on the temperature dial did not produce as much smoke as I'd expected, but it did the job.

Overall it has been working out great. Assembly was straight forward and thus far smoking pork shoulder and chicken have been outstanding.

I’ve had my Z Grills smoker for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made for outdoor cooking. The setup was straightforward, and the build quality is impressive. What I love most is how effortless it makes the entire smoking process—just set it, forget it, and let the smoker do its thing.

This is a great pellet grill. Easy to assemble and the instructions are very clear. I purchased the WIFI control board and this was a great addition. I am able to watch the grill from anywhere. The temperature stays very consistent to my settings. If your thinking about buying a pellet grill I would very much recommend this line of grills.
