Absolutely killer little smoker

I've done a handful of different veggies, 2 chickens, 2 racks of ribs, about 5 pounds of salmon, and a brisket so far. It's an awesome little smoker. Has a hard time holding 180* in the sun (likely due to how small it is) so that requires some work on my part, but anything 220+ it does great on. I'd recommend this grill without a moment's hesitation.

First pellet grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a lot of pros and a few cons with this grill. It’s smaller than I expected and assembly was easy but took a long time. As my first pellet grill I am soon becoming a fan. The warming rack is too large to use simultaneously with the grilling rack. The magnetic door latches melted on the first use. The mechanics and temperature regulator work flawlessly. Be prepared to wear a glove as the handle gets very warm. I plan to purchase a cover when they become available. Love grilling and this grill gets it done nicely.

Z Grill made very nice Brazilian style steaks - picanha, skirt steaks and chicken hearts. I used the direct fire mode and maximum temperature. Very happy with my first fire with Z Grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, first off, the grill required pretty extensive assembly. The directions were clear and every piece that I needed was included. After I got it assembled and used it a few times, I noticed a few design flaws. For one, the smoke shoot is right where the work platform is, so the smoke and heat is going right into your face, so you almost have to use the hopper lid as your work space. Also, the grill temperature seems to fluctuate drastically if you are opening the lid. The flavor of everything that I have cooked so far has been very good.
I also thought I would get a cover included with the grill, but I guess I have to buy that separately.
Overall, I am enjoying the grill and still learning how to use it best.

The grill was relatively easy to assemble very in depth directions. Just used it for the first time today. Easy to light and set temperatures. Watch for flash sales . The handle gets warmer then i like but dosen't burn . I wish the temp setting was mor accurate then every 25 degrees
