Somewhat what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grill was ok to put together. There were some questions but then a little trial and error I was able to figure it out. I am a bit disappointed that the pellets don’t feed all the time and I feel like you have to check on them more than I thought. Still waiting on my complimentary pellets but other than that, this will work for now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grill arrived. Packed perfectly, how,I don’t know! All the pieces were in the box and labeled perfectly. No parts left over. It went together in about an hour and half. The lid hinges were the biggest challenge. Need a diagram for them. No big deal. Overall I am very satisfied. Initial burn successful, can’t wait to cook something on it!

I wanna be petty and put 4 star

Other pellet grills I’ve purchased had the auger and fire box already assembled this grill was 100% unassembled. Kind of frustrating. But with that said the parts and quality was far superior than my other pellet grill from another manufacturer, That I paid more money for.

First use some good some bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was worried how little smoke I saw when I did a rack of ribs. Came out perfect but barely had any smoke flavor. Well built overall temperature also has been more difficult to control than I thought or would like.

Ok so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve used it once so far because of a vacation. Temperature seems to fluctuate quite a bit. Was told it takes 40min to settle? Food did turn out good though. Handle came with a large dent in it, doesn’t affect usage but I’ve seen a lot of damaged grills recently on the Z fb group.
