New to Pellet Grilling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit came very well packed.Despite the weight all parts were clean and no shipping damage was present. Unit assembled easily and directions were clear. After I first fired the unit I tried a simple brisket and began to understand the differences in pellet vs offset smoking. The function and overall quality is high and the unit feels very solid. I feel very good about my purchase. I wish to advise people who are thinking of this grill who are experienced smokers with a different platform, it is not the same. It will take a few tries to get the hang of this unit compared to a conventional offset smoker. It runs cooler than the temp display indicates but it does not go up and down like a offset. Due to this the cooler temp cooked faster and higher then the up and down of others so beware on your time. I am enjoying the learning process and look forward to every time I use my new Z-Grill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, excellent results! Just smoked some ribs on an all-day cook and they came out amazing. Also burgers and grilled corn on high heat have turned out great. Couldn’t be more pleased pleased with this purchase, highly recommended!

Great Smoker/Grill!!

Really impressed with our new Smoker...this grill is 100% hands down a great deal! Works fantastic. All the food has been delicious. The smoker itself is very sturdy & well built not to mention a cinch for 2 people to put it together quickly. The only complaint I have is that it didn’t come with a cover & I’ve had no luck finding one, but other than that we absolutely love it!!
