Fantastic product. Very happy thus far. Glad I didn’t waste money on a more expensive cooker. So far I’ve done ribs, whole chicken, chicken quarters, chicken breasts, pork shoulder, pastrami, beef roast, and a made-from-scratch pizza.Stop thinking about it and just buy it. I wish I would have years ago!

Good pellet smoker.

Done 2 cooks so far, 18lbs of pork butt and a 8lb brisket. Good results! Did the pork while it was 20F for the high temp, was about 5F for the low. Good strong construction. Good temp control.

Used my smoker 3 times now, temperature control is OK to good everything about it is great. This smoker is very well built all of the steel is very thick. I see no reason this will not last for a lifetime.

The grill has alot of space. Easy to use, starts up quickly and has a larger pellet hopper. I purchased it 2 months ago and a have used over 60lbs of pellets. Great grill

Easy to use and great temp control

I received this grill for Christmas. After doing the initial burn in as instructed I am doing my first cook today of two racks of beef plate ribs. I have my set temperature at 275 degrees and after 2 hours of cooking the temperature as held a constant plus to minus 4 degrees from setpoint. The grill was easy to assemble, came safely packaged, and the initial burn in was very simple. Just follow the directions. I want to make one point. I worked industrial controls and instrumentation for 40 plus years. This grill as no different than any other process control. You have to have patience. when you initially fire it up and choose your setpoint give it time to heat up and get the metal hot. Mine overshot the setpoint about 25 degrees but this is where patience comes in. Give it time to come into control. Leave the door close and wait. It takes about 20 to 30 mins to level off. I also used a maverick 33 digital thermometer to check temps against the Z grill reading and was within 3 degrees. Folks this is better than good. I am very happy and would recommend to anyone.
