[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So glad we got ZGrill. From ordering and receiving and assembley, the 7002B is a great grill! The ease of use is great. The instructions are easy to follow for start up. Customer Service is spectacular! We had some shipping damage to the cooking grate and I emailed them about it with pictures of damage. Got a quick response and had no problems of getting a replacement. Got it in quicker than I thought I would. Smoked a brisket on it after we got it seasoned and it was really good. Can not waot to do some more smoking and grilling in the future. Thank you ZGrills for making an awesome! product. Would recommend ZGrills to friends and family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the experience with my new Z grill has been good. However, I have only had it for two weeks and I am looking forward to another long cock in order to see how it does. So far the factory temperature reading of the grill and the external thermostat temperature reading have been off about 10°. But it does seem to hold the temperature steady which is important. So I will give it another couple weeks and a few more long cooks to really determine if it was worth the purchase.

Just simply a GREAT pellet grill! Easy assembly and I did it alone in 45 min. Easy instructions and well built product. I did the burn in the same day and fired up burgers the following. Best tasting and juiciest burgers I’ve ever have. BUY THIS GRILL, you will love it!!!!

I use the crap out of this grill. It' going as we speak with a rib roast. When that's done I have beef in a maranade for jerky again. Very controlable and great smoke flavor. None of the trouble that others have mentioned. Been using for a month now.

Well built smoking machine

I have had this grill for about a couple weeks and love it! The grill space is excellent and I love that the hopper holds a whole bag of pellets. I have used it grilling and smoking. The one that sold me was a brisket this weekend I smoked it for 12 hours without any problems in 12-25 degree weather.I have 2 minor complaints. I had the grill set on 180 degrees for the brisket and it seemed to have some high swings up to 215 but then it would drop down. It's not a huge deal but I wish it wasn't quite as drastic. The other complaint is where the hopper assembly attaches to the barrel seems a bit weak. When you pick up the smoker to wheel it around the hopper moves and isn't as secure as I would like it to the barrel. I am going to fix it with some angle iron so it's not the end of the world.But overall I love this grill/smoker it's just as good if not better then my traeger it replaced.
