9 months....very happy!

I have never smoked anything before! 9 months since I purchased mine, Ribs, Roasts, Pork Bellys, Chicken Wings everything comes out delicious!! I am 100% happy so far! Clean it regularly and you should be fine.

Almost as easy to use as an oven

I got this as a gift from my brother-in-law. I absolutely love it. It's quite efficient - one bag of pellets usually lasts me about 12-14 hours. It's almost as easy as using an oven - just turn the dial to your desired temperature and forget it (225 is my normal temp). I use another thermometer to monitor both my meat and the smoker temperatures, and it's usually within 5-10 degrees of my set temperature. (The front of the pellet storage box also displays the current temperature so you don't actually need a separate thermometer if you don't want one).Cleanup is a piece of cake. When I'm done cooking, I set the smoker to high temperature for about 20 minutes to cook off the grease off the grates. Then I use a wire brush on the grates. When it's cooled down, I vaccuum out the ashes with a shop vac. I could never get my old charcoal smoker hot enough to clean it very easily and so I rarely used it. Now, since cleanup is so easy on the pellet smoker, I find myself cooking on it a couple times per month!I love making wings on this thing. When they're done cooking, I crank up the temperature for 10-20 minutes to crisp up the skin. I couldn't do this on my old wood/charcoal smoker! They used to come out too rubbery.

Great grill

The first one was damaged during shipping but a replacement was sent right away. Assembly was fairly simple and the grill works great. I have a Traeger and have used the Rex-Tec and GMG pellet grills and this one is just as good if not better.

I've cooked two racks of ribs and a pork shoulder on it and everything is turned out really well. The temperature stays (most of the time) pretty close to what you set it at. Assembly was a breeze and it came with a very nice cover. It's a great value for the money, I highly recommend.

I love this smoker. This is my first smoker and it's awesome, My only complaint and it's petty, is the bolts to assemble the grill with. They are really soft and if your not careful you can easily strip them out, Other than that it's easy to use and does the job. I've gained 5 lbs this weekend!

Pull my pork!

Great smoker. Set up was easy enough, took about an hour in the dark while drinking a beer so not bad on my assembly scale. Just got the chance to use it for pulled pork. A 10 hour smoke. This smoker held temp close to baseline perfect amount of smoke during the cook. And gave me excellent results!

Excellent product; customer support fair

So far so good. Used it four times for a total of about 18 hours. Food tastes excellent. Grill works as advertised. Easy to assemble. All parts were included in the package. Only negative was that the plastic temp control knob was sheared-off in the package, so I needed to replace the entire control panel (electronics) which was a hassle, but it works now. Customer support was a little difficult to contact, but they sent me a replacement free of charge within 48 hours. Enjoy. 73
