The grill showed up without the pellets they promised, I have to run to the stores to get some to try the new product. The next morning we received the pellets, it’s not a big deal but I think the seller should mention that pellets are delivered separately. Besides that, we are generally satisfied, my wife like it.

Natural Oak flavor

This is a great grill. Used it to smoke a brisket and grill filet mignons. None of the charcoal and lighter fluid taste you get from past grilling methods. Just a natural and earthy flavor from smoke using oak wood. This is the way it should always be done!

everything was so perfect. Two rib eye steaks

Tried the new grill last weekend, everything was so perfect. Two rib eye steaks, perfect medium, beautiful grill mark, rested for 5 minutes, but the juice was still flowing all over the table. Chicken skewers are tender and moist; The pork ribs were smoked for 6 hours from the morning, but definitely worth the waiting, bones fell right off the meat with oak aroma all over my finger. Probably the most enjoyed family meal this year. Thumbs up!!

A perfect smoker and grill

I love my new smoker. Very easy to use as you can dial in the temperature you want. So far I have done pulled pork, beef ribs, pork spareribs, steaks, and all have come out perfectly. Thanks to the auto-pellet feed all you have to worry about is spraying on your favorite moistener or slathering on your favorite BBQ sauce. I can't recommend this smoker/grill enough, especially compared to the much more expensive Traegers on the market.

Very well constructed, quality product with"3" year warranty. I have used this 3-4 times a week for 2 months now, very pleased and no issue at all. Easy to clean. GREAT FLAVOR on all food. Set the temperature and leave it alone! Awesome product.

Great buy for the money!

By far the best grill I've ever owned. Easy to put together. I did it by myself in about 45 minutes. Would have been less if I had a second pair of hands. My only complaint is it was supposed to come with a bag of oak pellets and a bag of blended pellets and I got two bags of oak. Nevertheless the food I've cooked up on this has been awesome to say the least.

Does just what it advertises. Im no pro but still making some tasty ribs !!! I did add a gasket seal to the door just because it seemed like a lot of smoke was getting out but other than that im smoking like a pro. Smoker came safely packed and takes near an hour to assemble but still was a piece of cake.
