I love this smoker/grill. It was super easy to put together, instructions are clear. Reaches temperature quickly and holds the temperature. This has been a great investment!

I love this smoker/grill it slow cooks meat to perfection. Ribs fall off the bone. Easy to use only have to check every hour to mop or moisten food. It took quite a while to put together.

This is a great product. I hardly ever take the time to write reviews, but in this case I thought that I should since I've been impressed. The warmer grill came with a small dent in it. I contacted support via email, sent pictures, and they sent me a replacement right away. Good customer service! It doesn't have some fancy features that other smokers have, but it is way cheaper, which makes it a great deal!

My nephew and I both enjoy cooking for family and friends. Problem is, he lives in Kansas City and I live in New Orleans. Not really a problem, we just can't get together as often as we would like and cook together.Last year when we were visiting, he kept going on about how much I would enjoy a smoker. Well, back in the 90's my then-wife and I had one of those round dome brinkman charcoal smokers which was what I still envisioned. So, um... no. Well then he really introduced me into the world of pellet smokers and I had to get one.I'm so glad I decided on this one. A Traeger really wasn't in our budget. I liked the articles I read about the Z-Grills and ordered this one. Assembly was easy, but time consuming. It would indeed go faster with two people. They include gloves so you won't cut yourself on any sharp edges.At some point, early in the assembly, some part fell over on my left hand. Didn't really hurt that much, but when I took my glove off--to my horror--I had a hematoma half the size of a coconut on top of my hand ... no joke. I almost attached a photo but remembered the point of this review is to encourage you to write a review and not get ill. Anyway, I did finish the assembly and started smoking meat right away. I would say that I have easily gone through 60 pounds of pellets in the last month since getting this smoker.It has all of the features of the competitors and the price is way lower. I love the cover too. Free, but not cheap!

Bring a mallet.

Took twice as long to deliver. When it finally arrived I had to hammer out the sheet metal for 30 mins to make the legs fit. Other than the bad shipping and completely bent parts on arrival I love this thing. I smoke or grill every thing I can find!

Customer service/ temp probe

Grill works great. My temperature probe went out after about 2 years and called and custom service replaced for free. Give them a call if any problems super helpful and stand behind their product
