Definitely a learning curve here.

The product rocks my skills do not. I am used to the upright electric.I have done 3 briskets so far and all were overdone. My fault. I am determined to master this thing.

Product slightly damaged, difficult to assemble

Dislike that it has arrived bent and some paint is chipped where one of the legs are suppose to go, it was extremely difficult to unbend just enough to get the leg to fit..

Have used this product for ribs (spare and babyback), bacon, Pork shoulder butt, Sausages, and veggies. We are very pleased with the results. I have had no issues with the electronic controls or maintaining the correct temps. It took a few cooks to trust the auger and temp (former wood and charcoal smoker). I love the automatic pellet feed and a larger enough hopper for 10 plus hours of smoke.

This grill is great. My first pellet grill and I haven't stopped cooking on it yet. Did my first brisket and it was a hit! Di wagyu beef, salmon, veggies, sausages, hot dogs, etc. Has plenty of room and the next thing will be a smoked gator! Easy to put together and easy to use. The fact that it comes with a cover is a plus.

I've got a few different smokers (cabinet, kettle) and a gas grill and I find me using this Zgrill more often than not. It's just easy. Set your temp, put in your probes, and let it do what it does, smoke things. Temp gauge is not all that accurate, but I've got a separate WiFi temp monitor with four probes, so I just set one in the chamber and adjust.

This smoker is amazing. The only temp that is touchy is high (450). It just takes FOREVER to get to that temp... but You rarely need to cook that high so it’s still great in my book
