You need to be familiar with wood pellet grills before purchase cuz no instructions come with it

Love the grill they would have been a lot better if they would have send instructions on temperatures end times for any kind of cooking. We had to Google info on it and that was a hassle in itself. Send books with future orders the people would deeply appreciate it sucks getting a grill and you don't even know how to work it... The manufacturer doesn't even consider giving you information on usage

This grill does everything advertised + . My friends who have the high priced Traeger grills can't believe the low price yet the equal and/or better quality and performance of the Z grill. I now enjoy grilling and setting the table with excellent meat cooked on my Z grill!

I’ve had gas and charcoal grills in the past, but this pellet grill is the best one of them all. It’s not as quick as gas grills, and also it cooks differently, but as a steak lover, I think I’ll stay with pellets. As far as this particular model is concerned, easy to assemble, instructions are clear, looks great when it is done. A beautiful grill. It’s been only a week but have used it multiple times, entertained guests, etc. with great successes.

Liked the quality, good heavy gauge, easy fire up and cleaning , works great and was very fast. Too bad it didn’t have a better manual , direction and recipes

I have grilled but never smoked before this. I bought this for my husband because he's never had a proper grill, and with us living in Texas, we went with a smoker for a better flavor. I can't tell you enough about how delicious this smoker will cook your food. Every piece of meat we've smoked on this has been so moist on the inside and full of flavor on the outside. We used pecan pellets to add a depth to the taste and it was amazing. I will be eating a lot more meat, especially chicken, when it gets smoked on this easy-to-use smoker. The grate is ceramic so be careful with what you use to remove the meat and clean with. It took my husband and I about 20 minutes to assemble the smoker together. Overall, my family and I are extremely happy with our purchase!
