[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my 7002b. Cooked hot wings, bacon, pork belly, chicken breast, shrimp, and an apple pie on it so far, and I’ve only had it for a week. Smoking a brisket next week and I expect it to be my easiest brisket yet. I will finally get some sleep doing a low and slow 14 hour brisket!! Estimating 4 hours to a full hopper of pellets, but we shall see.
