[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this grill for my Dad's birthday. We had tri tips and chicken breasts. Everything was amazing. Used it with a Meater electronic thermometer and it was so easy! We are SOLD and buying one for ourselves now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can say the customer service is A+ in my book! I received my smoker and the canister was bent on one side. I emailed the company and they sent me a replacement part for it which I received within the week. I offered to send the damaged part back and they said don’t worry about it. This smoker has exceeded my expectations. I am amazed by the technology that allows it to go from low heat to high searing heat within a very short period of time. I grilled with it for the first two nights then I smoked a brisket on the third day and it came out fantastic. I am a barbecue novice and this smoker makes me feel like more than that. It was a great buy and I look forward to using it again as soon as possible.

My first pellet grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I have made burgers, chicken and sausage on the grill. So far it’s taking about 30% longer to cook, but that’s to be expected for indirect. There is a better flavor on it, that’s for sure. I have it 4 stars because I had called in asking to halt the order because they released their 2020 grills with a nice discount. I wanted the newer larger grill, but I got nowhere with their “that’s our policy” responses. Great grill for the money, but I’m not impressed with their support team after the sale view of the world.
