I haven't had any problems with this smoker. Works great just keep it out of the wind. Assembly wasn't bad, it was harder getting it unpacked.

Great for long cooks. I haven’t mastered the high temp sear for steaks yet. But made some awesome chicken wings and a 10hr pork butt was the best (and easiest) I’ve made yet!

Amazing value!!!! Great grill!!

For a newer company on the pellet grill market, this grill is AMAZING for the value.Only complaint so far is that the ranges are kinda large for pin point temp control, and somewhat hard to get a sear, however this is my first personal pellet grill so it's a learning curve.It's very conservative on pellets, and has a large hopper! I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase! The grill cover it came with could use an inch more room as it's hard to get on and off without tearing it, but we've also adapted to a method, still hard to do one person.

I really like this grill. It wasn’t tough to put together, it cooks really well, holds temp well.A nice unitI have smoked a Turkey, a whole chicken, a brisket, a pork shoulder , as well as cooked chicken breasts and burgers.The indirect heat leaves it nice and juicy. it isn’t quite as simple as turn it on turn it off, but it is easy to useThe unit is solid and the cover is nice.

Easy to install, quality product

I have gone through about 40 lbs of pellets at this point and found it to be very reliable. Just be sure to follow the set up instructions exactly as noted for initial use. I have not experienced any wild variations in temperature levels. It is important to NOT open the lid but let the unit stabilize the temperature until it reaches balance. So far I have smoked 4 giant chicken breasts, 2 briskets and also used it for regular grilling of hamburgers and hot dogs. I found the unit to be easy to assemble and only took me about an hour by myself.
