Great battery life

I have had this watch since November 2022. It has been excellent. The wristband is still like new. I also cover the watch face with a plastic cover which has really been helpful. Garmin makes an outstanding product. Just this month the battery has been lasting only 4 days vice the original 10. The only reason for the 4 stars.

I love the forerunner 55. I love walking and meeting my steps, monitoring my heart rate and a few other things on the watch face. I like the simplicity of it and hope to start jogging soon. I love it!!

Inaccurate

Heart rate and intensity minutes are inaccurate. I just shoveled heavy, wet snow for an hour and my heart rate was 75 and I only had 10 intensity minutes which is a solute crap since I was sweating and out of breath. I ran on the treadmill last night and heart tracked between 60-80. This is not ok

I bought the watch about a month ago. I love how it connects to my phone. also love the coach on the app. the battery lasts forever which is the best thing about it

Terrible Instrcutions

I want to use the most basic functions everyday, but the instructions go off on tangents. The watch works great but what about simple lets get started instructions. I don't want to link to my iphone, I want speed, distance and time

I like it very much I use it to run/walk ! Timer alerts you by vibrating & alarm for each minute - watch provides great information on pace and distance as long with many other important stats, like heart rate ! I’m very pleased with the watch - it also monitors your sleep cycles and provides information that is very useful to me - there are multiple family members who own this watch and all love it - we have become a family of runners and I know it’s going to prolong our lives by making this effort - the Garmin 55 makes the process more fun and promotes a healthier lifestyle !
