Great price with great features!

I bought this a month ago and have been very satisfied. This is my third Garmin forerunner watch over the past 12 years, they just keep getting better and the tech support always has your back. Love the longer battery life and wrist pulse monitor on this 55 model. Lots of other great features and options but without the price of the higher models. Light weight, small face option for women and ease of use with minimal instructions. Basic watch that meets my needs with extra features.

Much better then FitBit

My friend and her mother are super fit. Her mother is a marathon runner; my friend recently ran her first marathon. Both use Garmin for runners. I leaned into also wanting one after being a Fitbit fan for years. Garmin is so much better of a sports watch, especially for runners. The watch is specially designed to train you to run, which I love. FITBIT wouldn’t do that.

I bought this product a few months ago to use for marathon running and interval training. I am happy with the product, but I will tell you it takes awhile to get used to. The interval option takes a few steps to get to for programming. It frequently continues the "discarding" circuit until the watch is actually shut off and restarted. The charge easily lasts for 72 hours. Overall, well worth it.

Good features good app nice value. Heart rate monitor and many other features of some more expensive models. I'd recommend for anybody looking for first fitness watch.

Great watch!

I got this watch a few weeks ago and it works for what I need it to do. The layout of the watch is easy to learn, I appreciate the battery life, and love having the buttons to navigate the screen.
I got the watch to count steps, keep record of my walks and occasional runs. The watch has a GPS to track with accuracy. Highly recommend if your looking for a watch that doesn't break the budget.

Not the best tracker for my paddling workouts

Not as useful to me while paddling. Cannot take time to fiddle with buttons to find the information needed most: speed (mph), distance paddled, as were available instantaneously with my previous GARMIN FORERUNNERS 350 series.
