I use it for mountain biking and hiking. It gives distance traveled, elevation, pace, splits, heart rate, respiration, calories burned. Files transfer easily to Strava and other apps. The battery lasts several days even when being used to track multiple hours of backpacking and recharges quickly.
Not completely intuitive and the supplied operator's manual is pretty basic and not much use. The on-line version is much more helpful. It's somewhat running-centric but also works for biking and boating. The steps-you-should-do-in-a-day function seems a bit random and doesn't account for the effort put forth in other sports. Overall, however, I've been very happy with it.
