After doing a lot of research on a high-quality watch that would meet my needs both now and for years to come, I purchased the Garmin Forerunner 55. I previously used the Xiaomi Mi Fit 5, which worked fine but was nothing in comparison to this. I don't think I've ever been happier with a purchase in my life! I love that the watch uses all buttons instead of a touch screen, as the touchscreen on my old watch would never recognize or obey my sweaty runner fingers! The watch is super intuitive and can do pretty much anything you can imagine. I downloaded the Garmin IQ app so I could get additional applications and watch faces. The layout of the watch is pretty simple and straightforward. I did read some reviews before purchasing it complaining that the watch seemed much too big and gets caught on things, but I have not noticed any of these issues and often forget I'm wearing it! Important to note is the fact that this watch is geared towards running/cardio/biking type things. I do lift about twice a week and the workout settings for strength training are not as nice as the ones for running. Also, this watch does have a LiveTrack feature, so you can set it up that certain contacts in you phone can track you. However, you MUST have your phone with you for LiveTrack to work. This watch is equipped with incident detection, as well as a GPS. I love looking back after my runs and viewing the exact route I ran. Overall, this is a fabulous watch that I would most certainly buy again!

Easy to use and fast syncing on my strava and addidas running app. Unlike my old watch, battery only 1 day but in garmin its takes days before battery dry .
