I got my forerunner 55 for Christmas and ever since then I have known way more about how I run. This watch has anything and everything a runner could need or want.

It does have a learning curve to learn all the features. I like the auto stop and start function.

Easy to use

I bought this watch to track my weekly runs and didn't realize the other features it had. I've also been using the watch to track my sleep cycles. Overall it has allowed me to better analyze my runs and motivates me to improve my speed. Both the watch and app are user friendly. I use the Apple Health app to combine both data from Apple watch and Garmin.

It has all the features, but it seems that the various buttons and choices make using it for simple things more difficult and therefore less attractive.

Just what I needed

I upgraded from a simple G-Shock to time my workouts, so anything interactive is an improvement. I appreciate the ease of choosing workout options and of course the recording to my phone. I didn't want anything too elaborate and the Forerunner 55 hits the mark: easy to use and not too many options I'd never use. And it's not bulky and heavy like some watches.

I have never owned/worn any kind of watch, however, ever since I received this watch, I have yet to take it off my wrist. I've used it extensively for my everyday use, marathon training, and even swimming!

I love this watch

Although shipping took a long time, it was worth the wait. The battery on this bad boy lasts forever compared to the apple watch I have been using for a few years. I like having the body battery and other sleep metrics, too. The suggested workouts are fun, and I'm overall happy with this purchase. I look forward to testing its GPS capability more thoroughly by doing a midnight half marathon at night next month!

Very satisfied with my first watch THE BEST

I have some month using the watch and before I buy I saw many reviews from people in YouTube and normally I do not trust even 50% of what they said but I decide to buy it and confirm. Let me tell you, not disappointed, was exactly as the YouTube video it’s a perfectly watch for running swimming and bike, I’m very happy with my watch and I do not think you have to go out of GARMIN NEVER
