I purchased the Garmin Forerunner 55 last month and am pleased with the results thus far. This is the third Garmin I have purchased for running and I am happy that I upgraded to this model.

I love it. I’ll probably do my best to enjoy and get as much out of this one before I come home from deployment, then give this one to my husband and upgrade. The battery life in unreal and I’m out for hours sometimes on my runs!

Encouraging me to exercise more

I am 77 and continue to run and ride a bike. I have had this 3 weeks and am still learning the ins and outs. It has exceeded my expectations in categorizing my workouts and this device encourages me to improve as I age. Very nice.

I received this when my Forerunner 935 broke. I was very disappointed as the pixelation was terrible, it had significantly fewer "bells and whistles", the buttons were hard to press, and I was just really underwhelmed. My forerunner 935 was WAY better.
