Disappointed

Pretty disappointed, just not the quality I’ve come to expect from Alen. I had this unit less than a month and had to return it due to a rattling noise. Just seemed pretty cheaply made to me, and I didn’t feel it was a good value for the price.

Excellent product

I purchased two of these, one for our daughter’s classroom and one for her bedroom, as she was suffering from coughing for months and allergist could not help. After running it all day and overnight the first night, she has not had any coughing bouts. Also the one in her classroom gives her peace of mind that the air is always clean for everyone. Five stars.

I bought a different unit and love it. This unit is not one I would recommend. I’m thinking about returning one of the two units of this series. It’s in an unopened box.

As instructed, I run it 24 seven and I feel confident that the air is being cleaned. Love that it is combination fan and purifier with a hepa filter. Yay!!!!!

We have used the purifier

We have used the purifier for about a week in our bedroom. My husband has COPD and asthma. He finds he is sleeping better and feeling more rested. That’s great!
