My son was diagnosed with asthma and we needed air purifiers with hepa filters. Alen tower has been working really well for my son’s room. The only thing I wish it had is an air quality indicator. It would be helpful to know what’s the air quality at any given moment.

Stopped working after 5 days.

Stopped working after 5 days. Need to exchange for a new one. I have another Alen Purifier that has been working great for years. Not sure why this tower failed.

We purchased the new T500 shortly after they became available and i must say, it is fantastic! I've tried several other brands in the past and not a one comes close to the style, ease of use, and overall performance of this Alen T500. The design is sublime in its simplicity. The unit is so quiet, we often can't tell if it's on and the end result is fresh air like we've never known. If you're considering an air purifier, look no further; Alen is top of the line. Oh, and the LIFETIME warranty exceeds all of our expectations.

Excellent, simple, powerful air purifier!

I'm quite pleased with my recent acquisition of the AlenCorp T500. It was an incredible simple set up, and immediately had a positive impact on our living room - so much so that all three kids are now interested in having one in each of their rooms.
It's quiet, extremely powerful, and subtly fits well in our room's décor.
I highly recommend the T500.

Makes a difference!

We received our purifier about 2 months ago. We run it continuously with no problems or smells. It is very quiet and slim enough to not take up a lot of room. We have a cat and dog, who also sleep in our room, and we've noticed a huge difference in the air quality. Oh, and it's affordable!

Peace of mind, peace and quiet

We have been enjoying this for two weeks. It’s a quiet device, and knowing it is keeping mold out of a room that’s been prone to mold in the past (and will soon have a baby in it) is invaluable.
One wish: we have a Winix device in a larger room. It’s sensitive to smells — when a foul odor fills the room, the Winix cranks up and changes colors. This guy just hums song at the same speed every time. Not a problem, just a different make.
