Fantastic little machine! Very quiet, little power consumption, and pulls a ton of crud out of the air. I now own 3 of these for various rooms in my house to keep the dust, pet odors and allergens down. Great investment!

Great customer service. Helpful in special requests and direction. 2 tower units now, bit loud on high but I think of it as white noise. Having COPD, asthma, etc. 2 cats, dust, mold, pollen, smoking, I can attest to the benefits to these purifers!

This is my second Alen T500 True HEPA Tower purifier. I value the way the device removes dust, my dog's airborne sheddings, soot from occasionally burning candles, and kitchen air polutants. Use of the purifier has helped with my sinus allergies and that of my visiting family member who has asthma. I believe it decreases the amount of cleaning of floors and dusting of surfaces as well. I am glad I chose to have one Alen in my bedroom and one in my living area.
