I have now ourcgased four Alen air purifiers. I love them all. I appreciate the features and I can tell how well they work to keep my air clean. As someone with allergy induced asthma these are crucial.

It is so noisy that

It is so noisy that you cannot use high and still hear tv or anything or sleep thru it. Using medium is still louder than I expected but it s still so new that I don’t if it is effectively removing the smells, mold and mildew allergies I have. I’m giving it a trial and hoping for the best.

THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY I REGISTERED MY PRODUCT AND AFTER REGISTERING I SPOKE WITH MARY FROM THEIR WEBSITE AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY LOST MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION AND WOULD NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY. THEY PROMISE A LIFETIME WARRANTY BUT WONT HONOR IT. BUYER BEWARE MY UNIT T-500 BROKE DOWN AFTER A YEAR!

I live in a house

I live in a house with four cats and have discovered that I am allergic. My wife loves me however, I have come to realize that I rank slightly lower than the feline members of the family. I have been seeing an Allergist regularly and while he appreciates my visits (probably because he is now able to afford a new Mercedes), he recommended I look into getting an air purifier. I did some research and purchased the Alen T500 with the silver filter for the bedroom. I love its appearance, its ease of use and I've noticed an immediate improvement in the air quality in our bedroom. If you have allergies I would highly recommend this product.

I have not had the unit long enough to truly tell how it works, If I gave opinion on what I have seen so far it may be overrated has far as removing odors
