my second t500 tower works perfect removing cat dander, horse dander, and all can breath a lot easier in the room we use it in, this device works perfect. recommend, the Alen mfgr company stand behind the product from defects for life. my first developed a defect after many years and it was replaced at no charge. this company is A+

I have three different Alen filters. This one is the most economical, but it's just as good as my Breathesmart. I got it for a smaller room and it's low noise and efficient. The best part of Alen filters is that they have a lifetime warranty…….and I can attest to that. My 350 went defective after seven years of use and Alen replaced it for free. I will never buy a filter from a different company again. They have the Best air filters on the planet.
