Solid performance

We have multiple allergies including dust, dander, etc. We placed our purifier in our living room as the location provides maximum coverage. We do not need to dust as often as we used too. So far the purifier is working as prescribed. The noise level on medium is quite acceptable. The noise level on maximum is quite loud. We are thinking of purchasing another unit for our basement.

About 20 days into using it on high speed running 24/7 3 days a week. The unit started making a very high-pitched squeaking sound. Alen offered to send me a replacement but I am most sure if the replacement will be quieter or not until I try it. It’s a good unit other than the annoying sound. It keeps the master bedroom a little cleaner than without using it but living in State of CO no matter how many of these air purifiers I run in my house it is still dusty.

fantastic little air purifier!

Thank you for designing another great air purifier to help improve our quality of life.
I have a BreatheSmart and that has been great, but this unit is good if you need something more compact and even quieter. I was surprised that for it's size & low noise it circulates the air in the room very well.
I would also highly recommend an Alen Air Purifier if you are a person who likes sleeping with a fan. These will circulate 'good' air so you don't end up with sinus/allergy problems.
The customer service has been great as well.

Alen corporation do not stand on product warranty.

Alen corporation deny warranty a product a (T500) just for the fact that I lose the invoice.
The product is warranty for life but they don't cover anything.
I will never buy again from then. I don't recommend it unless you want to lose you money.
