this is my second Alen. The first is still working beautifully after 6 years. I got a second to place in my laundry room to deal with dust from the cat's litterbox and I'm already noticing a big difference..

We own four of the T500 tower air purifiers. For the past 18 months we have been rehabbing a 100 year old house. You can imagine the dust that has developed. The silver filters live up to they're advertised public relations. We are so grateful for such a well manufactured product. We have recommended them to friends and family and we recommend them to you.

Is performing well. I do have a strange white powder that is in the air in my apt. and the purifier doesn't remove it as well as l had hoped. The problem being that I cannot find the source of this powdery dust that settles on every thing. I am pleased with my T500 and especially pleased with Alen's superb customer service. They actually give you a hard cover instruction manual with their products. One should not have to refer to the internet for instructions on any purchase.
