I already had one for my bedroom i bought 2 yrs ago-so i knew they worked well. I have 5 pets, so i definitely need one for my living room area too. I can tell a decrese in air dust and in the pet smells. I do wish the replacement filters would go on sale

Almost comparable to the T300

Overall, the T500 works great in it's compact design. Having owned the T300 discontinued model, I feel that the taller T300 ran quieter but this is not a huge issue as the T500 is excellent at reducing tobacco smoke and provides good air quality on medium speed in my office area.
