This fan is noisier than

This fan is noisier than I thought it would be. Also makes a bit of a grinding sound when on. I would not recommend this fan fro a bedroom if you are a light sleeper.

As this is my third purchase of a T500, there is no doubt about how I feel about them. I have two in my home and one in my daughter's home. After seeing and breathing the results of each my son purchased the larger whole-house unit. They're amazing; quiet operation, clean air and I have not seen a significant increase in usage of my electricity. I'll always have one of these in my home.

Great products, terrible website

The units and filters themselves work great. I have had a 45i for about two years which has worked wonders to rid the air of allergens for my husband who has severe allergies. I also have a Flex and a T500. The Flex and 45i are sooo quiet. You can't even tell they're running when the room is completely silent. The T500 makes a loud fan noise, but it works perfect for the small room it's in with the litterbox. Keeps the dust and odors way down. The odor filters are amazing and work really well! The website sucks. The coupon codes don't work when redeeming points, I can't see my rewards on a desktop (sent a ticket in, heard back right away, but nothing changed), and the links from the e-mails don't go where they're supposed to go.
