I have bought probably 4 of them over the past few years. I love the way it cleans, there are a couple things I am disappointed about. The one I just bought, with the lift off hand held “mop” does not attach to the part that holds the water. It looks like they sent the wrong attachment!!! Therefore the only way I can use it is for floors!! I specifically chose this one do I could use the wand to clean other surfaces besides floors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used it once now and felt it did a better job than my older Shark steam mop. The steam pad was a lot dirtier! Looking forward to using the lift-away attachment in a couple places where the tile is hard to clean.

This is great mop replacement if you have mostly hard floor in your apartment or home. It's easier than mopping and faster too. The main feature that separates this from any and all other mops is the lift away feature that lets you use this to clean furniture, counter tops, and even steam clean your clothes. The biggest down side is the water tank is not as big as I would like.

I purchased Lift-Away to clean my floors. It does a great job on my tile floors. To my surprise it does so much more. The above floor attachment is great on my counter tops and make it feel so extra clean. The steamer work good on my shirts I no longer need to take them to the cleaner. I can wash the shirts at home then steam them and wow what a coast savings.
