I have had my lift away steam mop for only a few months and I absolutely love the multiple things that you can clean. Bathroom mirrors,shower doors and tiles. Grout on tiled floors spotless now I even had a lady who works for us buy one and she loves hers. My brother in California had bought me my first shark steam mop a few years back and I gave it to my daughter after purchasing the lift away steam mop. Best purchase ever I have all shark products and I always recommend them to everyone.

Ordered this online and received within 48 hours! Home has ceramic, real hardwood and linoleum surfaces which all clean quickly and easily. The home was previously owned and the floors were beyond filthy but steamed clean with a few passes. Unfortunately, the pads were so filthy we were sure they would have to be discarded but came out sparkling clean and were put back to work. The floors are dry so quickly and without streaks like other steam/disposable pad cleaning products. The shower cleans up in a breeze with the handheld feature leaving the grout on the tiles as clean as the tiles. It's an all in one sparkle up the house product that is easy to use and lightweight which is a blessing if you are small or aged.

I bought the mop 3 months ago and I love it. It lifts stains and spots with ease. The only downside is that I bought additional pads and they do not fit so they fall off constantly.

Stopped steaming and dumped water on my my floor

I had an older model for several years that worked beautifully but it finally died. I replaced it with this new mop that worked a couple of times and then stopped steaming. I replaced it and today, 3rd time using it, it stopped steaming. This is a piece of garbage, it dumped water all over my floors again (puddles). I DO NOT RECOMMEND
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's everything and more than I expected. There isn't much you can't do with it. I really like that you can use it as a handheld steam/sanitizer. Steam wrinkles out of your clothes, etc. For the money it can't be beat. I gave my older Shark steam mop to my son. I've never had a problem with any of the Shark appliances I have or had. I buy the new model and my son get the old model. Keep it in the family.
