I originally bought this (or their 2010 model) several years ago and thought it was a waste of money. After speaking with my sister, it was definitely user error. I bought this one and it works great. I only use distilled water and that not only made a cleaning difference but also extends the life of the product.

It's my first steam mop and I love it. I have always hated mopping and this mop actually made me like mopping. It takes seconds to heat up after you turn it on, the floor dries in seconds, it cools down in seconds, and the floor is so clean. The pads can be used for several different rooms. I use it on my laminate floor and it works great.
