I bought my shark steam mop model number S3973D 3 months ago, it use to work just amazing the first few times I used it. Suddenly after like the 4th-5th time it just stopped working I mean it doesn’t turn on. The last time I used it it smelled like something was burning ... and it’s only been 3 months. I’m so disappointed

The Shark lift away steam mop is a versatile household appliance. The mop deep cleans my wood and tile floor. The power steam helps clean difficulty stains. Overall my floor looks shiny and clean. I have yet to use the accessories which I can imagine will be great too. I hope to see it last for a long time.

The microfiber cloth stays dirty after washing. Washed it twice and it still looked disgusting. I might have reconsidered buying this product if I knew it stays dirty looking. The mop works and cleans well.
