I bought the Steam Mop because I have other Shark products that I LOVE. The mop is awkward. There are lots of parts and dismantling and putting together based on what job you're doing is a job by itself. It does an okay job.

I love all the attachments and that it is not as heavy as my Dyson and that the filters and dust canister are washable and that I can use the left-a-way feature to get under furniture, BUT Shark could have made the hose a little longer. Everytime I use the lift-a-way feature, the vacuum falls over and slams me in the foot or the leg, and I'm only 5'2", taller people would be even more frustrated by the short hose. I love this vacuum but it seems to me that someone should have noticed this issue and corrected it before marketing or on future models. BTW, I have 2 Shark vacuums, purchased 1 year apart and both have short hoses.

All it does is spread dirt all over your floor. I swiped the floor with a clean cloth after using and it was disgusting. Waste of money

This is a great steam mop! I now have a growing family of Shark products, and I don't think that I will ever switch. The quality of the product and the job that it does is unmatched. My floors have never looked and felt so clean as when I did the first clean with this steam mop.
