Disappointed that it doesn't come with someone to clean for me, but it does work well. The attachments are handy, but it's easier to use one at a time, finish the job and then change to other attachment. It would be nice for there to be a place to attach them on the unit for storage.

We just bought this after friends recommended it. Wow! We’ve mopped before but the floor never felt as clean as it did after we used the pocket steam cleaner. I was disgusted by how much dirt was on the floor even through I thought it was clean! Game changer!

Do not like the new pads

I had a Shark steam cleaner for years it quit so I purchased a new one I love how it cleans but do not like the way the cleaning pads go on I have had my steamer maybe 4 months and the handle to take pads off has already quit working and it’s a hassle to put the pads on not happy and already researching for a new steamer and it won’t be shark
