I love the Lift-Away Pro Steam Pocket Mop. It does a thorough cleaning of my floors. Having the lift-away feature allows me to use it as a handheld cleaning tool for the bathroom tiles. As always, Shark produced a quality product.

I got this to because of our old one died. Unfortunately it doesn’t clean as well I still have to scrub the floor. Clothes/Curtain steamer doesn’t work well. I really had high hopes but was disappointed. I wish I could return it.

I have been through 3 of these within two years. Not as good as the vacuum. Doubt I will purchase anymore of the steam mops

This is a great product, offering the added flexibility of working as a handheld steam cleaner. It heats up very quickly. Although I am very pleased with the product, there are several things about it that I think need improvement: 1) I would rather have the ability to directly fill the unit with water, or have a detachable fill tank that can be easily filled and emptied in the sink; 2) The flexible head is too loose, it make the unit a little hard to maneuver - I wish the head would partially lock in the straight ahead position, but swivel with application of a twisting force; 3) It needs to stand on its own. Thank you.
