Love the Reminders

The watch reminds me to stretch, take a deep breath or drink water which are all important things I forget to do sometimes. It also measures my ECG, stress level, body fat, HR. It sends me reminders from my phone as I try to not have phone with me at all times because I go in and out of patients' rooms! I love this watch.
