Terrible Recent Software Upgrade

The latest upgrade is terrible. In particular, Sleep mode frequently won't turn off. When it won't turn off, I have to turn the watch off and back on to get Sleep mode to stop. But then I have to reset the widgets to get then to work. Ether that or go to my phone and turn it on and back off in the Modes app. The Modes app shows it is off, although it is still on on the watch. There are other issues, but that is the one I'm dealing with again this morning.

If your Samsung Health data isn't syncing automatically between your watch and phone, you should check your network connection and make sure the app is updated. If your watch was set up without a phone, then your most recent activity is stored only on the watch, and you will not be able to view it on your phone. When you have some available time out of your hectic schedule, please take a moment to review the article that I have linked below for you titled, "Samsung Health data does not sync" to help resolve what you may be experiencing with your Galaxy Watch4. I have purchased two Galaxy 4 watches. One silver and one Black. The silver one I have had 0 problems with it holds a charge, works great and everything just what I needed. The black one I sent to get a battery replacement because the battery wouldn't stay charged for more than 7 hours. Well even with the replacement battery it's not holding a charge more than 8 hours. I'm not sure what the problem is and since it is out of warranty sadly it is useless to me.

There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Your Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch5 models come with their own power saving mode. When enabled, this mode will limit several options in order to save battery life, such as Always On Display, Wi-Fi, and screen brightness. You can also turn on Watch only mode. Its very annoying. However, the watch is a great, fast and easy watch to access! Love the widgets and the notifications.

If your watch will not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up to date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch.
