Between getting the weather, tracking my activity, getting notified about upcoming events, checking messages, etc...it is a life saver. I also love that I can get calls in it since I'm usually running around the house chasing littles and am not always by my phone. It's also great for using to find my phone when said littles have hidden it! The only thing I wish it did better was on battery life. I know because I use it for so much that it drains it faster, but I just love using it for everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the Samsung Galacy Watch 4 because my old Active2 died. This new watch is an amazing Upgrade over the Active 2. The new Wear OS from Google is a massive improvement over the old TizenOS. There are many apps to use with the Wear OS such as Fitness apps, sleep assist apps, games, Remote Camera Control, control your phone from your Watch. I also love the improvements of battery life and snapiness. I enjoy using the body composition feature which helps me determine my muscle mass, water mass, skeletal mass, and fat mass. It really helps me understand how I should help fix my self.
Some things I wish samsung would allow is removement of the stock apps, but you get bloatware on any other watch anyways, plus you get quite a bit of storage on these watches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very complete set of apps to help in many ways everyday. I use to monitor my physical condition and to keep on time my day to day agenda.
Sometimes the battery is not enough (or my day is too long LOL!!) But with the smart charger it gets solved quickly.
My next smartwatch? SGW-5 without any doubt!

But anyway, I've always wanted the watch that connects with my phone and this one didn't disappoint! Having the watch allows me get notifications and make call without having to dig around in my pocket or purse the actual phone. A complete lifesaver when im working in the hospital!
