No water damage warranty

For a "fitness tracker" with swim detection, this watch does a terrible job for any water protection. Owned this watch for less than a year and started malfunctioning. Not aware of the problem initially, watch was sent it for repair to only be told that the warranty does not protect against water damage. So either pay up for the repair or get the watch back broken.

Bought this one several months back and have had nothing but disconnection issues. Will try another brand next time as my previous watch gen was better but died from the hot tub steam

Absolute garbage

Works to check the time and track your steps. Fails at everything else. I have the LTE version. Running Strava + Spotify + LTE, the watch overheats in seconds every time. No warning and even worse, you lose your entire activity. I went swimming in a pool today, and the watch stopped my workout after 5 mins. Phone calls and voice to text are trash. I swear it gets worse with every software update. The most unreliable piece of tech I've ever owned.

Battery life terrible

I bought this so i could run without my phone. I walk for an hour daily this battery within one hour of tracking my walk and listen to music. by the end of the walk 50 percent battery drain.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

True upgrade from my Gear S3

This watch is an amazing improvement over my Gear S3. Much more features, battery life is much better and also charges very fast. The Google designed OS is a welcomed change. I've also seen other reviews of over heating problems and I will say that I live in south east Georgia where the weather gets in the high 90's and not once have I had an overheating issue with my watch. Highly recommend this watch for anyone with a Samsung phone.

Horrible battery life!

I bought this about a month ago and should of just went with fitbit instead. I have to charge my watch twice a day and that's without lte and powersaving mode on. For example my watch was fully charged 2 1/2 hours ago and I've done nothing on it and I'm already on 66%. Last night I put it on fully charged and woke up this morning with it on 3 percent. I charge it more than I use it. I'm not happy with it at all and really would like my money back.

This was my first time ordering a Samsung smart watch. I was excited to have one and wanted to confirm the difference to other smart watches. The watch was delivered in a timely manner. After charging it, it sync'd with my phone with ease. After my first time wearing it I noticed that the battery life was only a day. I thought at first I had not charged it enough but I saw that it was charging 100% but I was only getting 1 day. I have a 3yr old Versa and I get 3 days charge. I'm extremely disappointed and aggravated that I purchased this watch. Its not worth the money.

You have to turn off the Smart-features

I’ve had this Watch-4 one week, battery goes dead in 5-8 hrs. Done all updates, still NG.
Why should we have to disable functions?
I bought this for all of the things it suppose to do. If you try to sleep with it, you’ll wake up with a dead watch.
COME ON SAMSUNG….YOU CAN DO BETER THAN THIS!
I’ll wait two more weeks, no help. Will be returned.
